inputRichText sometimes doesn't save changes

            Description

            1) Type some text in the Rich Text compoent
            2) Click on the save button
            All text disappears when save button is clicked.

              1)Problem saving text on IE, Opera & Safari

              2)On Rich input text compoent as the user scrolls down in the input text area the first toolbar row disappears. looks like it scrolls up too and is not always recoverable by scrolling back (Opera)

              3)On Rich input text the saved table has no border (on FF2)

              4) Undo on Rich Input Text on IE7 does not have any effect if the save button is pressed after undo button.

              Note: The issues are not always repeatable.
