Modal popup z-index issue on IE 6.0

            Description

            Model popups in IE 6.0 are shown about 50% of the time in a state where the popup window is behind the modal part of the component. As a result the user can not select the dialog and the application appears to be frozen. A browser refresh fixed the problem.

            The problem can be reproduced using IE 6.0 and component showcase. If anyone has any information on a css work around it would be appreciated.

                This have been fixed as a result of changes in ICE-2333.
