            Description

            Firefox works, but IE 7 modal popups are on a z-index that cant be selected.
            If you maximize the porlet, it works properly

              I can't replicate exactly the issue in this case. My test case shows multiple modal and draggables working with both IE7 and Firefox (and Safari 3). There is a z-order issue that I see but it appears to be related to something else so I will file a separate JIRA for it.

              Resolving as fixed.

              did you test this on a liferay portlet? what versions did you use for liferay and icefaces jars?

              Sorry...should have been more specific. I tested with:

              Liferay 4.3.3 in Tomcat 5.5
              ICEfaces was built from the head of the repository (what will eventually become 1.7 DR3).
              I tested with the Noir theme and that's where I saw the z-order issue that I mentioned. I opened a separate JIRA for that (ICE-2435). When I tested with the classic theme, I didn't see any issues.

              If you're still seeing this behaviour, can you:

              check with the latest from the repository and/or
              attach a simplified test .war that I can look at
