ConcurrentModificationException in ServletExternalContext.updateOnReload

            Description

            Concurrent modification exception occurs during stress-test. Same exception is reproducible in component-showcase.

            Reproduce Steps:
            1. Open component showcase in browser.
            2. Quickly press on some tree control menu items. Do it continuous and fast enough to make requests queued.
            3. While clicking press F5 button in browser.

            And you will see java.util.ConcurrentModificationException.
            In some cases it is javax.faces.FacesException: java.lang.NullPointerException.
