MyFaces build procedure incorrectly stated in docs

            Description

            The docs say to build myFaces by using 'ant -f build_myfaces.xml install'. Which is no longer correct. Should be 'ant -Dmyfaces=""'

              Specifics on building MyFaces are now included in the "ant -p" and "ant help" tasks and not listed in the Getting Started Guide.
