MyFaces build procedure incorrectly stated in docs

            Description

            The docs say to build myFaces by using 'ant -f build_myfaces.xml install'. Which is no longer correct. Should be 'ant -Dmyfaces=""'

              Added correct instructions to ReleaseNotes.html for 1.6.2 and 1.7 DR#3 in the known issues section.

              Specifics on building MyFaces are now included in the "ant -p" and "ant help" tasks and not listed in the Getting Started Guide.
