readonly ice:commandButton should have distict visual appearance

            Description

            Currently ice:commandButton looks the same whether it is readonly or not. This effectively precludes using readonly attribute to "enable/disable" button as user is not presented any visual clues as to the state of a button.

                Compare standard sun buttons with ice buttons, buttons on the left are "disabled/readonly".
