Redirection to external URLs appends ?rvn=1

            Description

            Redirection to external URLs using

            PersistentFacesState.getInstance().redirectTo(strURL)

            causes ?rvn=1 to be appended to the URL. External URLs should not be altered in this way since they cannot interpret the redirect view number.
