      Description

Right now there are two styles that the RowSelector uses, iceRowSelMouseOver and iceRowSelSelected, to style a moused over row and a selected row, respectively. We should differentiate between when a row is selected or not, as it is being moused-over. Currently, when you mouse-over a row, the one style is being applied, so you can not immediately see if it is already selected or not. We should add another style, called iceRowSelSelectedMouseOver that would be applied to moused-over selected rows. The old iceRowSelMouseOver style would apply to moused-over unselected rows, and iceRowSelSelected to selected rows that are not being moused-over.
