            Exception handling works on Firefox, but not IE 6 or 7

              Should add the lack of support for CSS and JS in the error html page as Known Issues in the Rel. Notes.

              Fix how document is re-written when error handling forwards new page content to the browser.
              Works very well in Firefox. Safari and IE don't evaluate the newly added 'style' and 'script' tags, but the title, and body are rendred correctly.
