Cursor inside the components does not change to Wait when request is pending

            Description

            When a request is pending (for partial submit), the cursor does not change to wait (hourglass) inside the components. It changes to hourglass outside any of the components, but within components, the default cursor is retained. This is a serious issues, as there is no no information available to user that something is going on.

            I don't think that users should be forced to use ice:outputConnectionStatus just for this. This should be done via the wait cursor.
