1.6.0 component-showcase doesn't run under JBoss 4.2.0 and Tomcat 6.0

            Description

            whenever you try to deploy the component showcase on Tomcat 6.0 or JBoss 4.2.0 GA it won't work, because
            the JSF libraries shipped with those containers conflict with the ones contained within the component-showcase.war
            file. there should be a separate version for those containers without the conflicting jars or at least a note that users
            should remove those jars when deploying the showcase example on one of those servers.

              There is a jboss4.2 target in the build.xml, but it does not work, as it still includes the JSF-Libs into the WAR.

              For ICEfaces 1.7 there are specific targets for the sample app. build for each app. server version.
