Description
Re-write of tree component showcase example.
- KISS, examples should be simple and to the point
- wait for Shelly's wire frames which will define new or modified functionality
- dynamic layout using panelGroup/div's and CSS float attributes.

Darren; please make the following changes.
- removed the Single panel example
- add some space between the Links and Form collapsible panels: this should show the use of a single panel with out going horizontal with the demo.
- Added some text formatting the the text panel, paragraphs mainly
- move image panel below text panel.
- fix up your image paths as they are not currently working.

Going to scrap the purposed wire frame as it currently not implementable with the existing components or html for the matter.
Darren Please split the tabset example into two examples; one for the static table example and one for the dynamic table example.
Static Tabset
- use a tab change listener for the selected tab radio buttons, there is accutally a ice:panelTabsetChange listener comonent
- isolate the beans and simplify/refactor if possible.
Dynamic Tabset
- add default values for the new tab label and content. ie label # and content #
- isolate the beans and simplify/refactor the example.
Please take a good look at the beans as they are a bit of a mess. There should be a separate set of beans of beans for the two examples.
