Style: The panelTabSet and dataTable components do not follow standard theme CSS class naming conventions

            Description

            All child elements of the component prefixes their style class name if any, with the base style class. However panelTabSet and dataTable components are not following the above rule.

              The naming of the CSS classes has been normalized, however, we will not change the subclass scheme as it's appropriate for the complexity of the styling for this component.
