      Description

The tree component, with both XP and Royale themes, already has nice icons for showing when something is expanded or not. And they're better looking than what the expandable table uses, so we should should change the expandable table to use the tree icons.

It now uses some of the tree icons, and respects the themes. Although there's an issue where some of the images don't have transparent backgrounds, which shows up when you use the royale theme. But, Shelley is supposed to be reworking those anyways for the next release, so it should be ok.
