"value" and "visible" attributes can not be set in Component <ice:selectBooleanCheckbox>

            Description

            The "value" attribute can not be set to "off " in "selectBooleanCheckbox" component, however, it works fine by setting it to be "value=on".

            The "visible" attribute can not be set to neither "true" or "false". When performs the test through headless browser, <display: [ ];> is returned in both cases.
            Component "selectBooleanCheckbox" is still visible in browser when using "visible = false".

            Tests are performed with binding property , binding component and manual tests.
