Revisit how views are reused in single/multi view mode

            Description

            Sometimes, in multi-view setups, the views are reused but immediately discarded due to a timing issue. This happends in applications that use redirection, concurrentDOMViews=true, and IE6/7.

            It looks like the code and behaviour could be simplified if the views will not be reused at all when running in multi-view mode (concurrentDOMViews=true). Also single-view mode could be improved by discarding of "rvn" parameter used to specify the view that needs to be reused.
