Make timezone tutorial use new ViewListener mechanism

            Description

            The auctionMonitor uses the ViewListener mechanism to shut-off its ticking clock. We should add that to the timezone tutorial as well, so the technique gains the most visibility to our users.

              Implemented ViewListener for timezones 3 to 7 the same way it was implemented for auction monitor.
