effects2 should include small instructions on what to do to invoke the effect

            Description

            effects2 can be somewhat confusing as to what will cause the effect to run if your not following the tutorials. Possibly a small instruction saying that for the effect to be invoked the user must click the invoke button then mouse over the text. Also that to change the type of effect click the invoke button again.

              To invoke the effect:
              1. Click the Invoke Button.
              2. Mouse over the 'Effect Test' text to see the effect.
              3. To see a new effect, click the Invoke Button again.
              4. Mouse over the 'Effect Test' text to see the new effect.
