ice:inputFile not invoking Action MethodBinding

            Description

            In all the efforts to make sure that ActionListener was working with JSF 1.1 and JSF 1.2, when the file upload succeeds or fails, no support was added for the Action MethodBinding. This is really a feature enhancement, not a bug. But I'm marking it as a bug, because the component generation tool was making a TLD that said that ice:inputFile had an action attribute, so users would probably view it as not working as advertised.

              Added invocation of the Action, alongside the ActionListener invocations. Tested with JSF RI 1.1 and 1.2.
