Description
Need to revise the outputStyle TLD documentation to describe the new functionality introduced in ICE-1091 - "OutputStyle needs support for targeting IE 7".

LTD really needs to be updated.
There is also an issue with the attributes rel and type not showing up in the generated tld.

Apparently the TLD doesn't actually explain the .css file naming convention that is required to support browser-specific css with the outputStyle component.
It looks like there's a description tag for the component and the renderer, but it's the renderer's that goes in the TLD. So Rob did document it, just not in the right place.
