ice:inputFile and ice:messages additional problems with JSF RI 1.2 + Facelets

            Description

            Using component-showcase-facelets with JSF RI 1.2, go to the File Upload demo. There's some problems with ice:inputFile and ice:messages. This JIRA entry only mentions the JSF 1.2 specific issues, but all of the problems from ICE-1440 are also present.

            1. Unlike ICE-1440's #1, where there were consistently 2 messages per too large file upload, in this case there can be 0 messages, 2 messages, or more. Also, it will sometimes show a couple messages, and then a second later add some more, in two different renders. But again, clicking on the Description tab, and back will remove the extra ones, leaving just one.

            2. Clicking Upload, when no file is selected, will show one message about that. Consecutive clicks on Upload will accumulate error messages. But clicking on the Description tab, and back will remove all of the messages.

                Testing shows that fixing ICE-1440 has fixed this as well.
