Tree problem: some attributes don't work (or should be removed from TLD)

            Description

            There are some attributes in TLD file of tree component that don't work any more:

            - folderImage
            - folderOpenImage
            - documentImage

            These attributes has to be set manually with the wrapped object of each tree node, it seems the generic use of images don't work after the tree component is refurnished. Therefore these attributes should be removed from TLD if they don't work anymore.
