.css and .js files are not being injected to the head of the document for myfaces' components

            Description

            I have tested myfaces-example-simple-1.1.5-SNAPSHOT demo with trucnk/icefaces -revision 13434 and it came across that all myfaces component's .css and .js files are not being injected to the head element of the document.

            However with icefaces release 1.5.3 all resource files (.css, .js) are being injected to the head element of the document without any problem.
