            Description

            Add a open ajax hub support flag. This

            When active we will use the Open Ajax Alliance JavaScript Hub for onLoad and onUnload. We will also
            register all libaries, and globals used, and publish events using the hub.

            First step is to estimate the amount of time this will take.

              Web Config parameter
              com.icesoft.faces.openAjaxHub = True to include hub.
