jsp store migration tutorial needs touchups

            Description

            jsp store 1-4 demonstrate migrating from jsp to jsf, but the associated demo
            applications seem unfinished (both in style and functionality). For example,
            jspStore2 sometimes displays a "connection lost" dialog on each click, jspStore3
            only updates when an item is removed, etc. Overall just not as high quality as
            the other tutorials.
            This bug will be used to track any improvement cycles done on the set of demos.

              I did too passes at the jspStore touchups. The first was to ensure the functionality was working properly, and remove old unused pages or those that were just copied to later iterations. The general changes on this pass were:

              jspStore1 - unchanged (functioned fine)
              jspStore2 - added a hidden connectionStatus, otherwise we were getting Network Connection Interrupted dialogs on each click of 'Add' or 'Remove'. Also fixed the removal so it properly updates the Store values.
              jspStore3 / 4 - fixed how the add and remove was done so both update the values without a page refresh.

              The second pass was to make each demo consistent, so I reordered and renamed columns, and fixed a few broken values (for example, jspStore2-4 had storeItem.price under the subtotal column).

              All I had in mind when I created this bug has been implemented, so I'm marking it fixed now.
