            Description

            According to the TLD documentation for ace:fileEntry, a progress bar is automatically shown when uploading files. At first, this progress bar is in an indeterminate mode, and, if ice push is enabled in the application, then the progress bar switches to an incremental mode, without further configuration, once the server starts to collect information of the upload. This is clearly seen in the 4.x code base, but it's not seen in the 3.x code base. This JIRA is to fix this issue with the incremental progress bar not being shown when ice push is enabled.
