ace:datetimeEntry required validation only working the first time

            Description

            There is an issue with the ace:dateTimeEntry input component validation in which the dateTimeEntry is required and empty by default. After the form is executed with an empty dateTimeEntry, it will show the required validation only once. When the form is executed a subsequent time the required validation will not be triggered.

              Attached a test case.

              I have verified this failure occurs with EE 3.3.0.GA_P05 libs as well.

              r52344: added javascript comment with new value or with a timestamp if the value is blank to the state update script, in order to force a dynamic update for maintaining the state styling on the client
