at netbeans 5.5,
Current status is that VWP does not support templated with VWP project. No
reference from other modules.
So, in order to achieve a WYSIWYG. We need to add our outputStyle to the
component tree when user drag & drop first time with icefaces components.
(potentially, asking user before add in as well, dialog option).

as a work around for the time being.
When user drag&drop ICEfaces component, an outputStyle component will be added
in the page if there is no other outputStyle.
Also, web-resources.jar is added to the component library where it will be
unjar. So physically we have directory mapping to xmlhttp folder.
Once we support ThemeServlet or other discovery style structure. We will change
the behaviour again.

also, design time style sheet is added in
xp_dt.css
revision 12756 add design time style sheet.
web-resources.jar including all the image, styleSheet copied to the project folder.
xp_dt.css is there.
