Emporium missing image issue on specific servers

            Description

            Auction item images are not shown when selecting a pre-loaded auction item from the list, or when the Add Auction page is first loaded. To render an image in the list you must use 'Add Auction' and select an image in the form. After submitting the item, the image can now be seen in the list.

            Affected servers: Wildfly 10.1.0, WAS 9.0.2, Jetty 9.2, Weblogic 12.1.3.1

            Not an issue in Tomcat 7/8, Glassfish 4.1.2.

              Possibly the default images need to be handled the same way as the ones that are used when a new auction item is added, which was previously fixed under ICE-11157.

              Capture the servlet context to pass it into AuctionImage.staticConvertNameToImageName method so that image location can be determined in all application servers.
