Emporium missing image issue on specific servers

            Description

            Auction item images are not shown when selecting a pre-loaded auction item from the list, or when the Add Auction page is first loaded. To render an image in the list you must use 'Add Auction' and select an image in the form. After submitting the item, the image can now be seen in the list.

            Affected servers: Wildfly 10.1.0, WAS 9.0.2, Jetty 9.2, Weblogic 12.1.3.1

            Not an issue in Tomcat 7/8, Glassfish 4.1.2.
