Description
Add the ability for the highlight/tooltip built into jqplot to display some of the model data. The current highlight ability in ace:chart displays the x,y coordinates in a tooltip. A request has been made to display the label
Either jqplotDataHighlight or jqplotMouseOver events can be bound to an <ace:ajax> event. See example here:-

Some investigation will be necessary as jqplotDataHighlight appears to have an issue with simple line charts:-

Also requiring investigation is where in the data array is the label? Is it always in data[3] or does it depend on the type of graph/data? Also, should we allow the x, y, and label (or subset of these three values?) and would this also be by graph/model type.
