Regression - html5 passthrough attributes no longer functioning in ace input components

      Description

      Html 5 placeholder and required passthrough attributes are no longer functioning on ace input components. Last known working with 4.1.1 release.

        Add back the rendering of JSF defined pass-through attributes. This is a regression caused by ICE-11216 commits.

        No, it is not the intented outcome.
        I checked in a fix for the text entry renderer to render the placeholder component property.
