Description
The ace:tabSet component no longer uses all the available width on the page. Instead, it only takes as much width as necessary for the contents being displayed.

Tested with ICEfaces 4 trunk r51412, Tomcat 8, IE 11, FF 47, Chrome 57. When the tabSet is inside a dataTable and there is a column to the right of the tabSet, the tabSet overlaps that column. Please see attached screen shot table.PNG.

r51403: fix to make ace:tabSet use all available width
This change occurred after the component's CSS was changed to display as a table (
ICE-11197), since tables only use as much width as necessary. This was fixed by adding width:100%; to the root style class.
