ace:list (plus other components) should translate selectItem descriptions into corresponding component attributes

            Description

            ace:list, for example, accepts the selectItems facet and translates it into ul/li tags. The "description" attribute of the selectItem's, though, is not transferred over.

            Each li tag should get the selectItem description in its "title" attribute.

            This is how its done in Primefaces as well.
