Table expansion does not work if ace:expansionToggler inside ui:fragment

            I have been able to workaround this by moving where the ace:expansionToggler is.

            Description

            I am upgrading an app from IceFaces 3.3.0 and Mojarra 2.1.29 to IceFaces 4.1 and Mojarra 2.2.13.

            After doing so my table expansion no longer works.

            I have determined that this is happening because my ace:expansionToggler is inside of a ui:fragment. I am doing this because there is a case where I do not want to display the ace:expansionToggler.

            Attached is sample code demonstrating this.
