Description
After the progressBar has been added to a page and the page has been refreshed a browser console error is seen.

The demo is not functional. Similar to issue found in http://jira.icesoft.org/browse/ICE-10948

Tested with ICEfaces EE trunk build 659 with liferay-portal-tomcat-6.2-ce-ga5. Issues as listed in description are all still present in all browsers.

Ported back ICE-10948 and PUSH-348 as fixes.
