      Description

       When first clicking on panel header to select a poll, a modal overlay appears. You can click through it to vote. see attached screenshot.

        This is just a possible styling issue. When you click on any part of the poll besides the For or Against button there is a blue overlay that appears over the entire poll. There is no problem with functionality.

        What is being seen here is the default ace dataTable row selection styling. If a row is already selected and you hover the mouse over it, it uses that styling to show the hovered + selected state. In this case the hover styling is not useful and it's potentially confusing, but there is no defect here.
