Description
When installing the EE 4.1 libraries using the maven2/ant install command the ACE themes are not included in the installation.
Later, when installing the samples (Emporium and Showcase) that reference the theme libs, they fail.
The ACE Themes should be added to the maven2/ant install process.

the pom files are not currently part of the bin bundle so would have to be included in order to install into local maven repo with the ant script in the maven2 folder.

rev 45153. use ant ace.theme.install from maven2 folder to install themes (must use get-maven target first)
