Description
When disabling/blocking all browser cookies, the Showcase demo renders without any CSS styling. The ice:outputResource component also doesn't work as when clicking on the resource it displays an HTTP 404 error page "Could not find requested dynamic resource.".
This is only seen when the checkbox "Allow Session Cookies" is unchecked in the Internet Options --> Privacy tab --> Advanced window
This can be reproduced with the Showcase demo from the ICEfaces 3 maintenance releases.

This issue will occur only when the resource coalescing is enabled. The resource coalescing relies on the user session to collect and keep around the list of resources that need coalesced.
