ace:dialog effect not shown when closing using the visible property (server-side)

          Details

            Description

            as per ICE-10838, the visible property now will open and close the dialog, but the effect is not being shown when closing due to the script being removed after init. Can work around by using the client side api to close and ensure the ace:ajax tag uses a listener to modify the visible property to false when closing.
