ace:dataTable - paginator not resizing

            Description

            With ICEfaces 4, the ace:dataTable paginator is being set as a fixed width. This prevents the div from resizing itself when the browser window is resized. The table contents are resized correctly but not the paginator footer/header div's.

            This is not an issue with the EE 3.3.0 branch.

              Attached test case that shows issue.

              Steps:

              • Load welcomeICEfaces.jsf
              • Resize the browser window, the table contents is sized based off of the browser view but the paginator is not.

              Verified with IF4 trunk r45763 on FF34, Chrome43, IE11/10/9/8 using the attached test case and QA dataTable > Paginator tests.
