Description
The mobi:onlineStatus component was added to the EE-4.0.0.GA release code, and must be added to the showcase-mobile ICEfaces sample application.

Review notes:
- The div rendered on this demo says "RED is OFFLINE, BLUE is OFFLINE" - should not be "BLUE is ONLINE" instead?
Suggestion: the text on the blue color cannot be easily seen, can the blue color be changed to light green (and light red) instead? - The top block of text should be a brief intro to the component itself, with demo instructions in a second block of text below that. (e.g. "The onlineStatus component can be used..."
- It would be easier to digest the content if each sub demo was in a single Fieldset Row, so one row for style change, one for the Offline / Online text change, and one for the ace components.
- Add the mobi:flipSwitch to the components section as it also supports disableWhenOffline attribute (change the header text to "Component Support".
- The new Online Status demo has no Docs.

This is an issue with the viewManager component...see
http://jira.icesoft.org/browse/ICE-10790
for now, will change the bean for this example to SesssionScoped as a workaround.

Note that it will be difficult to live-demo this without shutting down your network connection, so instructions should indicate that.
Also, the mobi:flipSwitch and ace:pushButton components also have offlineDisabled attribute support so they could be added to the same demo.
