Error Messaging: persistent faces servlet not invoked, can we catch this?

            Description

            We have soooo many people that run into this. It would be great if we could
            somehow catch it. Since D2DViewHandler is called regardless, is there anyway to
            check if the call is passing properly through the PersistentFacesServlet, and if
            not, error message stating that the correct servlet mapping must be used.
