Description
As ICEfaces(-EE) 4 only supports Servlet 3.0 the samples should be configured to use 3.0 instead of 2.5.

As the EE-4.0.0.GA release is about to be released, this JIRA just addresses the samples shipped with the release. A follow-up JIRA will be created to address the remaining occurrences of Servlet version="2.5" in the web.xmls.
The samples have been updated to use Servlet 3.0. Marking this one as FIXED.
