            Description

            Add a new "offlineDisabled" boolean attribute to the ace:pushButton component.

            When "true" and the web browser is offline (see ICE-10448), the pushButton will be made disabled. When "false" (default), the button will remain enabled even when the browser is offline.

                Introduced 'offlineDisabled' component attribute. Implemented button disabling when browser goes in 'Offline' mode.

                Test: /pushButtonDynamic.jsf

                Verified with IF4 trunk rev. 43997 in Firefox34.
                IE11 and Chrome40 did not have an option to switch browser to "offline" mode.
