      Description

      Add a new "offlineDisabled" boolean attribute to the ace:pushButton component.

      When "true" and the web browser is offline (see ICE-10448), the pushButton will be made disabled. When "false" (default), the button will remain enabled even when the browser is offline.

          Test: /pushButtonDynamic.jsf

          Verified with IF4 trunk rev. 43997 in Firefox34.
          IE11 and Chrome40 did not have an option to switch browser to "offline" mode.
