ace:dialog - Ajax close event not called on escape key press

            Description

            When using a listener for the ajax close event of the ace:dialog, using the escape (Esc) key when the dialog is open, does not call the listener method.

            Clicking the (x) button rendered in the header correctly calls the listener.

              Attached test case that shows the issue.

              Steps:

              • Load welcomeICEfaces.jsf
              • Click the Open button
              • Once the dialog is open, click the Esc key. The dialog is closed but cannot be opened again.
              • Clicking on the (X) button, calls the listener correctly.

              Verified using attached test case, ICEfaces 4 trunk r43818. Tomcat 7, IE 11, FF 33, Chrome 39.
