ice:inputRichText - disabled=true does not disable the component

            Description

            When setting disabled="true" on the ice:inputRichText component, this does not prevent the toolbar buttons from being clicked nor does it prevent text from being added to the input field.

            Sample code:

                            <ice:inputRichText language="en"
                                               skin="silver"
                                               disabled="true"
                                               toolbar="Default"
                                               height="100"/>
