inputFile uniqueFolder and buttonClass missing from TLD

            Description

            The inputFile component uses the uniqueFolder boolen attribute, as well as the
            buttonClass style, but neither are defined in the TLD.
            Ideally they should be added to the TLD so IDE's and new developers can
            understand all the options.

              The following attributes have been added to the component's TLD -r12420, the
              meta data branch already contains this information so no changes made into the
              meta data.
