Remove deprecated attributes from ace:accordion, ace:dataTable, and ace:animation

            Description

            For 4.0, we need to remove previously deprecated component attributes as follows:

            - ace:accordion: "cache", "dynamic"
            - ace:animation: "run"
            - ace:dataTable: "height", "liveScroll"
